The challenge
The manager had a strategy and early investors but no operational infrastructure. It needed a structure that was quick to set up and proportionate to its size, with a clear path to a larger fund later.
It also needed investor onboarding, KYC and AML checks, accounting and reporting ready before the first subscription, without hiring an operations team.

Service providers and banking
Unefund referred providers suited to the fund’s size and coordinated bank and broker onboarding requirements.
Administration setup on Tychi
Fundtec configured the fund’s chart of accounts, fee terms, share class and investor records on Tychi and set up data feeds from the broker.
Go-live
Investor onboarding and KYC were completed, the first subscriptions were processed and the fund moved into a regular NAV and reporting cycle.
