Who We Serve
White-label operations capacity for fund administrators
Administrators sell service levels. Fundtec gives them dedicated, trained capacity that works in their systems, under their brand and SLAs, and scales for seasonal peaks.
In one minute
White-label capacity for fund administrators is a co-sourcing model in which a dedicated external team performs fund accounting, reconciliation and investor services work inside the administrator’s own systems and under its brand. Fundtec provides these dedicated teams to fund administrators, with data kept in the administrator’s environment, delivery measured against its SLAs, and capacity that scales for quarter-end, year-end and audit peaks.
Firms of this type, whether they need full administration, a middle office, or capacity added to an existing team.
A 30-minute scoping call, then a written plan: scope, the transition timeline and indicative pricing. No generic proposal.
Why fund administrators use co-sourcing
A fund administrator has a different problem from a fund manager. The administrator already owns the platform, the procedures and the client relationship. What it needs is trained people who can follow its procedures, meet its SLAs and scale with its book of clients, without the administrator carrying permanent headcount for peak periods.
That is a different conversation from the one Fundtec has with a GP. We do not bring our own platform or change your client’s experience. The pod works in your systems, follows your SOPs, uses your review hierarchy and is invisible to your clients unless you decide otherwise. Fundtec is responsible for staffing, training, quality and continuity.

How a GP engagement differs from an administrator engagement
- Instead of Fundtec may bring the Tychi platform, instead: Work performed in the administrator’s systems only
- Instead of Scope defined by fund needs, instead: Scope defined by the administrator’s SLAs and client book
- Instead of Fundtec designs the process, instead: Fundtec follows and documents the administrator’s procedures
- Instead of Fundtec staff visible to the manager, instead: Pod works under the administrator’s brand
Your platform, your procedures, your client relationship
Fundtec does not ask an administrator to adopt Tychi or change how clients are served. The pod learns your platform during onboarding, documents your procedures in an operational handbook and is measured against the SLAs you already give clients. When you win new mandates, the pod absorbs them under the agreed model.

Ask a specialistFrequently asked questions
Can Fundtec work under our brand as a white-label provider?
Yes. Fundtec pods working for administrators operate under the administrator’s brand and procedures. Client-facing communication, sign-off and the client relationship stay with the administrator. Fundtec is responsible for staffing, training, quality and continuity of the team, and is invisible to your clients unless you choose otherwise.
Does client data leave our systems?
No. Pod members work through domain accounts you issue, over VPN or remote desktop, with no local storage. You grant and revoke access, every action is logged, and a data processing agreement is in place. This lets administrators meet their own clients’ data residency and confidentiality obligations.
How do SLAs work in a co-sourcing arrangement?
Fundtec commits to SLAs that support the ones you give your clients: delivery times, accuracy and turnaround on queries. Performance is reviewed weekly at the working level and monthly in an SLA review, with a quarterly business review for partners. Breaches are logged, root-caused and fixed in the operational handbook.
Can you scale for quarter-end and audit season?
Yes. Seasonal capacity is planned in advance using cross-trained analysts who already know your procedures. The core pod handles business-as-usual work, and agreed surge capacity covers quarter-end reporting, year-end financial statements, audit queries and K-1 season, so the administrator does not carry permanent headcount for peaks.
What is a pod and how is it structured?
A pod is a dedicated team assigned to one client, led by a project manager who becomes the long-term subject-matter expert on your funds, with specialists in the areas you engage us for. Its size and mix are set by scope and volume, and every role has a trained backup.
How quickly can a pod be productive on our platform?
Onboarding starts with process mapping and system access, followed by a parallel run where the pod performs work alongside your team before taking ownership. The core handover usually completes in around 90 days. Simple, well-documented processes such as reconciliation can move earlier than complex NAV work.
Does Fundtec compete with fund administrators?
Fundtec offers fund administration to some managers directly, so the question is fair. In white-label engagements, the administrator owns the client relationship, and Fundtec’s obligations on confidentiality and non-solicitation are set out in the contract. Many administrators use Fundtec specifically because the pod works invisibly within their own operations.
